As part of the Women’s day event here at State Street, I had reached out to Neha to help our female employees understand style and clothes.
From my initial conversation till the actual event Neha was professional and very approachable.She gave me ideas on my little concept of ‘dress for success’ and expanded it to include a large scope.
Neha was on time, and prepar to deliver and excellent session - she came prepared with fun games, a presentation opened it up for questions and was very approachable. She was on point, very good delivery of content, easy to understand and very friendly. She connected with the audience and got them involved right from the beginning. The suggestions were very practical and easily relatable to us.
Over the course of the next few weeks, I had a few people stop me and ask me how to connect with neha and how the session helped them make choices when they got dressed to come to work. I also got stopped by some of our male leaders that this should have not been just for the women style is not gender specific!
On a personal note, when I go shopping now, I keep a lot of the small things she said in mind. This was a good refresher for us - to remind us that we dress for our next role and looking good on the outside is just a representation of how we feel on the inside.”
